Thermal Insulation Division

Narendera Flexi pack started their thermal insulation division in the year 2017 with manufacturing of Cross linked Closed Cell Polyethylene Foam insulation communally known as XLPE under their brand name “SAFARI”. We have one of the biggest and latest plant for XLPE in India having manufacturing facility at Ballabgarh (Haryana) India.

The product is widely used for HVAC applications, Underdeck applications, Packaging, Components for Automobile sector and Tubing.
XLPE as a insulation material has its unique features and is comparably better than other insulation material available in the market.

  • Temperature range : Operates on a wide operating range from -40 0C to +115 0C.
  • Extremely light weight: Although strong, EPE foam is very light weight, thus making it easy to transport and handle.

HVAC


XLPE is widely used in HVAC segment in fact it is most preferred insulation product in Pharma sector due to Clean room application and its resistance to fungi and bacteria, Chemically inert, non fiberous and non toxic.

The product Safari XLPE is used in Duct application and Duct linning application. Safari XLPE has its unique properties which are as follows.

  • Safari XLPE meets the requirements of BS476 Part 7 for Class 1 and BS 476 Part 6 for Class O
  • In case of fire the product does not release toxic gases or dense smoke, thus rescue operations would less hazardous.
  • Material is suitable for temperature range from -40 0C to +115 0C
  • The thermal conductivity is low and is unaffected due to change in atmospheric humidity and time span.
  • Resistance to Fungi and Vermin, unaffected by most acids and chemicals
  • Safari XPLE has a closed cell structure, thus offering high resistance to water and vapour transmission.
  • It has higher resistance to compression and better tensile and tear strength.
  • Ease of work and provide a smooth finish, lower thickness is required for similar conditions
  • No change in structure due to vibration and jolting.
  • Highly recommended for Clean room application. ROHS I and II compliance.
  • Can be easily used for vertical and horizontal application.
  • CFC free, environment and user friendly

Available in Plain, factory laminated with Aluminium foil, Metpet foil, UV barrier film, Glass cloth and Adhesive backing with peel of paper. Material is available in roll form and sheet form.

Our material is available from 3mm to 50mm thickness and our standard length is 1.2 mtrs. Length and width can be customised as per customer requirement.

Underdeck of RCC roof


Safari XLPE is used for underdeck application of RCC roof. It saves time, energy and a green product. We at Safari offer from 3mm to 13mm in single and above 13mm in double/multiple layers, both plain and laminated Safari XLPE is used for underdeck application. Apart from underdeck it can be used in Wall/Partition wall, Residential buildings, Shopping malls and Multiplexex.

Packaging


Safari XLPE is used in Packaging and thermal applications of Automotives, coaches, buses and trains. Normally smaller thickness material is used in these applications to save space without compromising on quality and thermal efficiency. Both plain XLPE and factory laminated with Foil is used. Tubing


We at Narendera Flexi Pack are engaged in providing XLPE foam tubes. The XLPE foam tubes are available in hose forms and are helpful in preserving heat and colling energy. Our XLPE tubes are available in different diameter to suit the requirements of the clients. It is available in preformed tubing profiles to suit the requirements of Copper , MS pipe, GI pipe and Plastic pipes. It is normally used in HVAC industry and plumbing industry for insulation purpose.

Available in Plain, factory laminated in Aluminium foil, Metpet film, UV barrier film for diverse applications. The pipe profiles can be customised as per customer requirements
